Hasira ni hisia za kujeruhika, zinazooneshwa na mtu baada ya kutofurahishwa na jambo alilotendewa au lililotendeka. Hasira ni hisia ambazo zinakaa ndani ya mtu.

Hasira hupunguza kiwango cha utendaji kazi wa mtu. Hasira zinaharibu malengo waliyojiwekea watu kwenye maisha yao.

Kila mwandamu
hupatwa na hasira lakini inatakiwa iwe ya kiasi. Hasira ya bila kikomo ni mbaya, inaweza ikasababisha madhara kwa watu
au kwako wewe mwenyewe. Hasira hukaa kwenye moyo wa mpumbavu kama maandiko matakatifu yasemavyo.

Wahenga wanatuasa, tufikiri kabla ya kutenda. Tunashauriwa tusifanye maamuzi ya haraka wakati tumekasirika kwani hali hiyo inaweza ikasababisha kutenda matendo ya kuumiza na hata ya kuua. Ufikiapo hatua hiyo, utaishia kujuta na kujilaumu kwa matendo uliyotenda.

Tunashauriwa kuwa waangalifu na kwamba tuzizibiti hasira zetu na tuzishinde kwa nguvu zote kwa sababu hasira hazijengi, bali zinabomoa.

The Healing Hands Project

We are excited to launch the #HealingHands project. The project supports interpersonal counseling, group talk therapy and psychoeducation resources to be delivered through arts, where clients learn to handcraft traditional beaded jewelry as a marketable skill. It also promotes the economic growth of grandmothers who are trained in and are implementing WHO's mental health Gap Action Program #mhGAP. Income generated from sales of the jewelry will also support the sustainable implementation of accessible psychosocial interventions among underserved communities.
